Terms of Service

1) Social casino; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not award money or anything of real-world value.

2) Virtual currency & virtual items (no value; non-redeemable)

The Service may include virtual coins, credits, points, tokens, or similar virtual currency (“Virtual Currency”) and virtual items. Virtual Currency and virtual items: (a) are licensed, not sold; (b) are for entertainment use within the Service only; (c) have no cash value and no real-world value; (d) are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for money, property, or any other thing of value; and (e) may be modified, reduced, or removed at any time as permitted by law.

3) Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 20 years old (the minimum age for casino-style gambling in New Zealand) or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service where prohibited by law. We may restrict access by location.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit, automate, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not buy/sell/transfer accounts or Virtual Currency outside the Service.
• Do not post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content.

5) Purchases (if offered)

If we offer paid features or Virtual Currency, all purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law. Prices, features, and availability may change. No purchase increases chances of winning anything of value.

6) Intellectual property; license

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by KiwisVault or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and related licenses) at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or as required for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIWISVAULT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY IS NOT EXCLUDABLE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED NZ$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10) Dispute resolution; governing law

Governing law: the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the Fair Trading Act 1986, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand or, where the matter is outside that tribunal's jurisdiction, to the courts of New Zealand, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
